The brief
Open-plan and meeting spaces needed sensible acoustic separation, and the ceilings had to coordinate cleanly with lighting, ventilation and sprinklers.

Set-out
We set out partitions and ceiling grids to the architect's drawings and the services layout.
Framing
Metal-stud framing went up with acoustic insulation where separation between spaces was needed.
Boarding & ceilings
Partitions were boarded and suspended ceilings installed, coordinated with lighting and ventilation.
Finishing
Joints were taped and filled and surfaces left ready for decoration.
Outcome
The floor was handed over ready for decoration, with clean lines, well-judged acoustics and ceilings that integrate the building services tidily.
