We process data from the contact form for the following purposes: • Handling your enquiry and communicating about it — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual relations and performance of a contract). • Keeping records of business correspondence — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller). • Technical logs of website visits (IP address, user agent, time) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and protected service operation). Data from the contact form is retained for the duration of processing your enquiry and thereafter for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact (legitimate interest — correspondence records). If a business relationship is established, this period is extended in accordance with statutory time limits (in particular accounting and tax regulations). Technical logs of website visits are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

Your data is disclosed only to the following categories of recipients, to the extent necessary for the purpose: • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and delivery infrastructure. Transfer of data to the USA is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. • Supabase (EU) — database storage of form messages. • SMTP provider (Slovakia/EU) — delivery of email notification of a new enquiry. • PostHog Inc. (USA) — anonymised website analytics, exclusively if you give consent. Transfer to the USA covered by SCC. We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
